The capital is improving the technology of collecting and using secondary raw materials. This year, new lines for the processing of municipal solid waste with a capacity of 165 thousand tons will appear in the area of landfill Trostenetsky. According to experts, the share of the use of secondary raw materials from waste will be almost 30% in the coming years taking into account new enterprises. In addition, it is planned to build a new plant for incineration of garbage. Also information stands will be installed in the city with the schedule for waste removal and rules of its collection.
According to specialists, 818 thousand tons of municipal solid waste was formed in the capital last year. 190 thousand tons became secondary raw materials.
