In the next two years, Belarus is expected to produce its first electric car. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko in an exclusive interview with the TV News Agency. The localization of such a car will reach 50%. The rest will be provided by Chinese partners. It will be assembled at the Belgee plant. A significant contribution will be made by the Belarusian Academy of Sciences. Here, batteries for the domestic electric car will be developed.
