9th Belarusian-Pomorskie economic forum held in Minsk

The delegation from Poland, businessmen, heads of industrial and IT companies met with the governor of Minsk Region and the regional executive committee in the morning. They discussed the economic, industrial and tourist potential of the central region. In order to improve business contacts, business negotiations will be organized in the "B2B" format (which means "business to business"). Within the framework of the visit, the guests will visit local companies for the production of building materials, medicines, and the Sino-Belarusian Industrial Park.

Krzysztof Trawicki, Deputy Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship of Poland: "The Pomorskie Voivodeship is primarily an industrial region of Poland. We actively develop IT companies, produce radio electronics, develop metallurgy, and machine building. We have a great potential for mutually beneficial economic cooperation with Minsk Region."

The delegation of the Pomorskie Voivodeship will spend three days in the Central Region. The first Belarusian-Pomor forum took place ten years ago. Next year it will be held in Poland.

The Pomorskie Voivodeship is located in the north of the country. It has a large port on the Baltic Sea and the center of the petrochemical industry.
