The decree Nr.8 on Development of Digital Economy came into force at the end of March. The document was called historical. It aims at creating an economy of knowledge and technology, the development of the IT sphere and traditional industries. According to First Deputy Prime Minister Vasily Matyushevsky, the effect of the decree confirmed the need for its adoption. One of the arguments is the unprecedented growth in the number of residents of the High Technology Park. Since the beginning of the year more than a hundred companies have registered there. The updated working conditions in the Park will help develop effective approaches to regulate the whole entrepreneurship in the country.
The decree extends the special legal regime for the High-Tech Park, creates comfortable conditions for the work of foreign partners and investors.
