Russia to pay Belarus $15 for every illiquid barrel of oil

$15 for every dirty barrel: Belarus has signed a protocol on compensation for illiquid oil products, previously supplied to our country from Russia. More than 5 million tons of low-quality chlorinated oil was delivered to Mozyr and Novopolotsk for processing, which resulted in the breakage of expensive equipment and reduction of Belarusian exports by $2 billion. Today, Belarusian refineries operate at only half capacity. So far, this is enough to meet the needs of the domestic market. In March, our country plans to partially resume supplies through the southern direction of  Odessa-Brody oil pipeline.
