Production of the first Belarusian office paper from waste paper has been launched in Borisov today. A solemn presentation of new production plants was held at the Paper Mill Goznak. Recycling of paper is part of the project for the transition to green economy in Belarus. It is supported by the European Union and UNDP. Thanks to the green initiative, the Borisov factory has launched a full cycle of cleaning waste and its recycling.
The project Green Economy suggests 23 initiatives including the development of green transport in Nesvizh, the establishment of nursery of rare birds in Naliboki Forest and a center for the collection and processing of phytomaterials in Miadel area.
