The President received a report from the head of the interim administration of Belgazprombank. At the beginning of the meeting, Alexander Lukashenko thanked Nadezhda Yermakova for agreeing to head the structure and in such a difficult period to stabilize the situation in Belgazprombank. It demonstrates stable work, and Belarus is interested in its development.

Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus:

"I want to emphasize that we will not liquidate, destroy, or somehow worsen its work in any way. On the contrary, we will do everything to ensure that the bank functions and benefits our state. The bank even received excess profits during this time. This is a good signal, although business issues are still acute, business has not been fully restored. And this is not related to the policy that we are pursuing here, inside. It is connected with the policy that our partners are pursuing."

By mid-December, the term of office of the interim administration expires. By the same time, the management of Belgazprombank will have to be formed.

Nadezhda Yermakova, head of the interim administration of Belgazprombank:

"We hope that in the near future, in December, the period of work of the temporary administration will end, the board of the bank will be formed. In this regard, work is underway. The owner has already made proposals on a number of candidates for the formation of the bank's board."

Nadezhda Yermakova noted that the outflow of household deposits in this bank had stopped long ago, and the situation was no worse than in the country's banking system as a whole. The bank is now operating normally. The bank has worked with profit for 10 months of this year.
