Belarusian legal thought dominates the world. The famous cybersecurity expert Pavan Duggal carefully studied the activities of the High-Tech Park and the revolutionary decree of the President No. 8 "On the development of the digital economy" and wrote a large-scale review.

A real race for the future unfolded in the world. Anyone who adapts to a rapidly changing economy will be on the crest of a wave of new digital reality. And Belarus has every chance to succeed. The revolutionary decree number 8 is a model for the global IT-ecosystem. We have legally adopted on our territory the technological trends, which many countries are now just testing. It is not surprising that the decree increased interest. It was studied in detail by the famous expert on technological trends and the lawyer from India, Pawan Duggal. He was so inspired that he wrote a whole book on it, it is now available on the global trading platform Amazon.

In an exclusive interview with our channel, Pavan Duggal told that he was really interested in analyzing the legislative framework of Belarus in the IT sphere. He is confident that our country will be an example for many for a long time. Legislators from other countries will study Belarusian innovations with interest in order to determine their own approaches.

Pavan Duggal, Chairman of the International Commission on Cyber Security:

High interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology around the world began to emerge just after the President signed the Decree on the Digital Economy at the end of last year. According to analysts, now interest in the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is already fading away, but the most important thing is that there has been a sharp jump in the development of the entire IT industry, that is, IT giants from all over the world are coming from different spheres to Belarus. During the first 9 months of this year, about 200 residents entered the Park. Exports as of September grew by 40%.

Pavan Duggal, Chairman of the International Commission on Cybersecurity: "I’m sure that the Belarusian decree will effectively help attract investment in this field."

By the way, this is the first case in the law-making practice of our country, when foreign authors wrote a book about Belarusian laws. And here it should be noted that our country was an innovator not only in the technology sector, but in the legal sector. Today it is safe to say that the smart contract comes from Belarus. And this technology allows you to completely abandon the bureaucracy and paperwork.

Denis Aleinikov, lawyer, member of the Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship under the President of Belarus: "When we made new legislation on new technological horizons, it caused quite a serious interest. And here the situation turned out that Belarus acted as a technological innovator not only in the technological sector, but in the legal sector. In fact, all countries will come to the conclusion that they should do the same."
