The credit conditions in Belarus are getting softer, including the reduction of interest rates. This follows from the analytical review of the National Bank.
The greatest impact has a decrease in the refinancing rate. The regulator believes that the easing will take place in the second and third quarters.
It is reported that the demand for ruble loans for companies and citizens increased in the first quarter. But the demand for loans in foreign currency among large businesses has dropped significantly, the regulator said.
