By Andrei Yastrebov: The Mogilev Dairy Company Grandma's Jug is among the best exporters of 2015, winning the first place in the Dairy Industry category. Continuous efforts to improve product quality, market diversification and production modernisation in accordance with international standards has allowed Grandma's Jug to become the leader in the processing industry. The holding’s enterprises annually export more than 63,000 tons of dairy products worth over a total of 150 million dollars.
Grandma's Jug has invested 1.5 trillion rubles in production modernisation over the past five years.
According to Director of the Mogilev Dairy Company Grandma's Jug Igor Kononchuk, the main importer is the Russian Federation, with 10% of products supplied to Kazakhstan. The company’s products are exported to almost all CIS countries. Work is underway to enter the markets of Syria, Malaysia and China.
The Grandma's Jug brand has been among top exporters since 2007. It is due to such companies, as noted at the award ceremony, Belarusian products are already known in 170 countries around the world.
