By Alexei Kondratenko: Currently, tens of large-scale investment projects are being implemented in Minsk, with a total investment volume making up hundreds of millions of dollars. Among them are the Belarusian-Iranian Prilesie Transport and Logistics Centre and a trade and entertainment complex with a hotel and a parking area, the concept of which is being developed by Cypriot investors.
Minsk’s largest investors are from China, Lithuania, Russia, Switzerland and Qatar. Many of their projects will soon significantly alter the city’s image.
