The protocol of intent was signed today by the two heads of the cities in the Minsk town hall. The two sides agreed to promote cooperation in science and technology, trade, economic and cultural spheres. Proposals to organize cooperation at the level of chambers of commerce and free trade zones were voiced at the meeting. This will allow representatives of business circles to study the investment potential of the two cities. Foreign visitors are especially interested in the experience of building the subway.
