The conference on local self-government will be held in September in Minsk. The details of the forthcoming session were discussed by Chairman of the Council of the Republic Mikhail Myasnikovich and the President of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. It took about 4 years to develop the topic of the seminar.
The Congress consists of two chambers, which includes 306 permanent members and the same number of their deputies.
