Today in Minsk, another mortgage lending center has opened. Our TV channel was informed about this by the chairman of the State Property Committee, Andrey Gayev. He also stressed that over the past year, more than 50 thousand contracts were secured on real estate. A special accent in the new center will be made on lending to individuals within the presidential decree "On state support for citizens in the construction (reconstruction) of housing." It is planned to send 95 million rubles for financing.
Andrey Gayev, Chairman of the State Property Committee of Belarus: "The decision has been made, the necessary organizational arrangements are being made now, and from the second half of the year, the legal entities will be allowed to apply to the state registration agency, so the client, having come to a lending institution, will solve all his problems in a complex, including those related to mortgages and real estate."
As a result of stability in the financial market, the refinancing rate in Belarus continues to decline. From today, it loses half a point and now is 10.5% per annum. Recall, over the past year, the rate has declined 8 times. In 2018 this is the first change in the indicator in the direction of decrease.
