Specialists of different departments shared their problems in the education system and discussed new approaches to training with Belarusian colleagues, IT specialists and students. The founder of research programs for first-year students of the American University, Dr. Patrick Kilion, stressed that today the whole world is looking for new approaches in the training of personnel in specialized universities, and this problem is related to the rapid development of technology. He also noted the serious steps of the High-Tech Park and the company-resident EPAM in this direction. The new decree "On the development of the digital economy" makes it possible to allocate grants to the companies for the support of talented teachers and students.

Certainly, the problems in education in Belarus and the US are similar. For example, when a person, after obtaining a diploma, gets to work and can not always apply his skills in practice. Also, not so much attention is paid to social and interpersonal skills around the world. "
