There is no reason to panic. Belarus has a stable balance of payments, the enterprises receive foreign currency proceeds, there is a surplus from foreign economic activity. Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said it in an interview to Belarusian journalists today in Nur-Sultan, commenting on yesterday's frenzy in currency exchange offices and the fakes about introducing restrictions on the sale of foreign currency.
Prime Minister stressed that the National Bank has enough resources to smooth out any fluctuations.
