Kazakhstan hosting Eurasian Intergovernmental Council

Kazakhstan is hosting the first Eurasian Intergovernmental Council this year. Belarus is represented by Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov.

The agenda includes the development of Eurasian integration, discussions about the rules of competition in the cross-border market, and cooperation in the agro-industrial complex.

An agreement on marking goods with "smart" tags is being prepared for signing.

It is expected that the prime ministers will approve the format for the implementation of interstate programmes and projects in the industrial sector.

Also, the agenda of Andrei Kobyakov's visit lists participation in the international forum on global digitalization.
