Experts discuss relations of Belarus and Kazakhstan

Establishing productive, effective and comprehensive relations is the task of the experts of the Belarusian and Kazakhstan Strategic Research Institutes. Today, the analysts of the two countries held an expert meeting at which Kazakhstani colleagues shared their long-term work experience with Belarusian ones. The ambassador of this country in Belarus took part in the discussion. Analysts discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation, also summed up the results of the presidential election campaign in Kazakhstan. In addition, they talked about the interaction of Minsk and Nur-Sultan on integration platforms: from the Eurasian Economic Union to Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

As for the bilateral relations of Belarus and Kazakhstan, their trade and economic relations are developing. The task set by the leadership of the two countries of achieving a billion dollars in the commodity turnover has been almost completed. In addition to the economic effect, growth is noted in cultural, humanitarian and political contacts.
