The opening ceremony of the 16th forum was held yesterday in Ho Chi Minh City. It was attended by head of our delegation Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Dapkyunas. Belarus is the exclusive guest of honor at the trade show. Agreement has already been reached on expanding cooperation in education, science, tourism, investment and trade. Today the first meeting of the Vietnamese-Belarusian Business Council will be held.
