The Minister of Architecture and Construction of Belarus met with the head of the Russian region to discuss future projects. According to Anatoly Chiorny, cooperation is well established, so the next task is to increase volumes. One of these days, in the city of Surazh a shop for the production of corrugated cardboard will open. Also, Belarus has reconstructed a silicate plant in Bryansk and built a warehouse of building materials. Russia is interested in building residential complexes with a kindergarten in them. Such complexes recently opened in Gomel.
For Belarus, Bryansk Region is economically attractive. Belarus and Bryansk Region are separated by only 500 kilometers. Last year, the turnover amounted to 0.25 billion dollars.
