Belarus calls for speeding up preparation of agreement on free trade zone for services within CIS

Today, the position of the official Minsk was announced by Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov at a meeting of the Commonwealth Heads of Government in Dushanbe. The scope of the contract should be expanded. Thus, Belarus is taking the initiative to extend the free trade zone to the area of ​​electronic commerce. It is equally important to unify the rules and procedures for regulating public procurement. The Belarusian prime minister stressed that all the necessary documents had been adopted, but the problems with access to the markets are still topical. Following the meetings in Dushanbe, a number of agreements were signed, including documents on the development of the intellectual property market. The concept of cooperation in the field of innovative energy development and development of advanced energy technologies was approved. Andrei Kobyakov met with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev. The parties discussed topical issues of cooperation and the schedule of forthcoming meetings.
