The industrial line will be opened on the territory of the industrial park Great Stone. Today, the Agreement between the Minsk Automobile Plant and the Chinese company Weichai confirmed the intention to develop the project. The signing took place within the framework of the visit to Minsk of the governmental delegation from China.
It is expected that a new plant will fully cover the needs of Belarusian manufacturers in engines. A significant part of the products will be sold to the markets of the CIS countries and the Customs Union. It is planned that the production will have been launched by the end of next year.
By the way, it is now allowed to create territorial trade unions in the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park Great Stone. The corresponding decree №6 was signed by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
Today the government has discussed the prospects of supplying Belarusian food to Chinese provinces. The Belarusian Prime Minister proposed to use container transportation along the Silk Road.
