Belarus and EU expect to reach record level of mutual trade in coming year

The negotiation day has ended in the government. The European delegation met with the Prime Minister. The partners expect to reach a record level of mutual trade in the coming year. The highest bar was taken in 2012, and the intensification of trade contacts in recent years will help countries to return to the figures of seven years ago. The dynamics is noticeable in cooperation with European financial institutions: Belarus is counting on an increase in the number of joint projects with the European Union, and besides, the new EU budget assumes an increase in funding for neighboring countries. In addition, the partners need to come to a basic agreement between Belarus and the EU. Legal vacuum is counterproductive for both sides, stressed Sergei Rumas.
