Belarus and Bangladesh ready to increase mutually beneficial trade

Last year alone, trade volumes between countries crossed the $ 150 million mark. The prospects for bilateral partnership were discussed today in the Council of the Republic. These days the delegation of this country is visiting Minsk. The priority areas are engineering and potash fertilizers, which form the basis of Belarusian exports. But the flagship of the Belarusian machine-building exports in Bangladesh is Amkodor. Earlier, the countries have already signed an agreement for the supply of this road equipment worth $ 50 million.

A full-fledged service center of the company Amkodor-Palash has already been established in Bangladesh. 

In addition, Belarus has supplied small-sized tractor equipment to this country for the first time. In general, the trade balance in bilateral cooperation amounted to $ 22 million last year for Belarus alone.
