The government continued to talk about new projects at the meeting. For example, Belarus is ready to increase supplies of equipment and provision to the Leningrad Region. According to the Prime Minister R. Golovchenko, export of our road, passenger, municipal and agricultural equipment is an important area for the development of cooperation. In the fourth quarter Belarus is ready to send a new batch of MAZ buses, and our construction companies are interested in participating in the implementation of regional housing programs. The agro-industrial complex also gets special consideration.

Belarusian business entities would be interested in taking part in the implementation of the actions of the Agricultural Development Program of Leningrad Region, which is firmed up from 2018-2024. Therefore, the entire array of Belarusian features could be involved. This includes the construction of storage facilities for grain, for fruit and vegetable products, other infrastructure, necessary instrumentation.
This will be discussed in detail at today's meeting of the joint trade and economic commission of Belarus and the St. Petersburg region.
