Born in Minsk, Sergei Gusachenko graduated from the BSU Journalism Department in 2006. He combined studying with working at editorial offices for print periodicals.
Gusachenko began his television career in 2005 as TV News Agency editor. From 2007 to 2013 he worked as a special correspondent and political columnist for the TV News Agency.
Since 2013, Gusachenko has been heading the Political Observer Department. Since 2015, he has been Deputy Director of the Main Directorate of Belteleradiocompany’s TV News Agency.
Sergei Gusachenko is not married and enjoys playing football and fishing.
