Nikolai Stulo was born in Stolbtsy, Minsk region. In 2001, he graduated from the philology Department of the Belarusian State University. He combined studying with working for sports periodicals.
He began his television career in 2003 as TV News Agency senior editor. Since 2006, Stulo has been heading the TV News Agency Sports News Department. Since 2007, he has been the host of Sport-Shot (Televershina 2008). Stulo also anchored the 2008 Olympics Diaries (Televershina 2009).
Nikolai Stulo has a son and enjoys football.
