On November 6 at 6 pm, the TV channels Belarus 1 and the international satellite Belarus 24 will start the live broadcast of the final of the Junior Eurovision-2017 from the capital of Georgia - Tbilisi.
Young talents from 16 EBU member countries will appear on the stage of the Olympic Palace: Australia, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine and host of the current contest Georgia .

The European Broadcasting Union has amended the rules of the Junior Eurovision-2017. This year the voting will be held on the Internet, and the Belarusians will be able to support the participant from their country by voting on the official website of the contest www.junioreurovision.tv
Voting will begin on Friday, November 24, and will end right before the concert - on Sunday, November 26. After the performance of all the contestants, the voting will open again, but only for 15 minutes.
The winner of the Junior Eurovision-2017 will be determined by the results of the voting of the professional jury and TV viewers. The votes of the audience will be half the result, the other half will be added by the jury following the results of the competition. The song with the highest score will be the winner of the song forum.
The official Belarusian delegation headed by Belteleradiocompany Deputy Chairman Ivan Eismont will arrive in Georgia on November 19.
The opening ceremony of the contest will be held on November 20, and on the same day after the draw of the participants, it will be known by what number our star Helena Meraai will perform with the song "I am the One."
