TV viewers to choose Eurovision’2007 winner

The live broadcast of the final will be arranged on May 12 on the First Channel and Belarus’TV at 22:00. There will be 24 countries: 10 best numbers from the semifinal and 14 compulsory finalists. These are primary sponsors of the contest - Great Britain, Germany, Spain, France - and 10 best countries from the previous contest (Bosnia, Ireland, Finland, Lithuania, Greece, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Armenia).
Denis Kurian will be the commentator of the contest.
After all songs have been sung in the final and semifinal, the voting process will begin. TV viewers will be able to vote by dialing telephone numbers shown on screen for 15 minutes. Belarusian viewers are allowed to vote for anybody but their own contestant. Juliana will announce results from Belarus.
To cast a vote, one needs to dial 8 810 101 03 ХХ (where ХХ is the number of the performer of your liking). One call costs 1, 000 Belarusian rubles.
For SMS-voting you need to send a text to 7708. One text costs 1, 300 Belarusian rubles.
A backup jury will stand by for any unforeseen malfunction. In our country BTRC decides on the members of the jury. This information is not to be disclosed. The jury may not vote for their candidate and cannot abstain from voting.
