The winner and laureates of the contest for the best screenplay of a TV series about Belarusian youth have been selected

Chairman of the contest’s jury, Director General of License Programs Department of the National State TV and Radio Company of the Republic of Belarus Konstantin Vorobiev noted that this is the first event of the kind in the country. Over the past half a year 113 works from all parts of the nation have been evaluated - 60 have been selected to the finals.
Andrey Fedarenka has been acknowledged as the best author of a screenplay of a TV series about Belarusian youth. “Three Thalers” screenplay.
The laureates of the contest are:
Natalia Karchevskaya and Konstantin Mihalenko from Minsk for “Alma Mater”, Elena Kukharchik (penname is Lizaveta Solnyshkina) from Minsk for “Pleas, Teach Me Bad”, Daria Letsko from Minsk for “Pilgrims”, Victor Pravdin from Minsk for “Mysteries of Minsk Crossroads”, Elena Kuznetsova and Svetlana Shimko from Gomel for “School Stories”.
The winner received USD $1000 and the laureates were awarded diplomas. A screenplay portfolio has been created based on works by the winner and the laureates.
