The Belarusian participant will perform #4 in semi-final of Eurovision 2007

They are the countries of the Big4 (UK, Germany, Spain and France), who finance the show, and 10 best performers of the Eurovision-2006 (Bosnia, Ireland, Finland, Lithuania, Greece, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Armenia).

The final of the contest will be held on May 12. It will be attended by contestants from 24 states: 10 best participants of the qualification round and 14 compulsory participants. They are the countries of the Big4 (UK, Germany, Spain and France), who finance the show, and 10 best performers of the Eurovision-2006 (Bosnia, Ireland, Finland, Lithuania, Greece, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Armenia).
Among the new participants are Czech Republic and Georgia. Austria and Hungary, who were absent last year, returned to the Eurovision scene.
A new element - wild card - appeared in the draw. It allows several copuntries choosing their performance number on their own. Among such lucky participants in semi-final are Slovenia, Turkey, Austria, Latvia and Andorra. The luckiest finalists are Germany, Ukraine and Armenia.
Bulgaria will open a semi-final concert. Latvia made use of the wild card and decided to close the show.
According to the draw Belarus will be the second country to announce its votes. The first one is Montenegro.
