Poles opine that radiostation "Belarus” that launched its Polish service in September 2006 could fill the gap. Its programs are available in the short-wave range: from 19.00 to 22.00 local time (16.00 - 23.00 UTC) at frequencies 7440, 7390 kHz and from 20.20 to 02.00 local time (17.20 - 23.00 UTC) at frequencies 7105 kHz, as well as the medium-wave range from 22.00 to 02.00 local time (19.00 - 23.00 UTC) at frequency 1170 kHz. The radiostation’s website is at www.radiobelarus.tvr.by.
The value of radiostation "Belarus” as seen by experts is that it gives information “straight from the horse’s mouth”. The results of the survey showed that the launch of the Polish language service is a step in the right direction.
