A series of shows I Salute the Second European Games! has been launched on the international radio channel Belarus. Within the framework of the project, a creative contest of selfies will be held. The topic is MINSK2019: I Salute the Second European Games! The aim of the project is to attract public attention to the main competitions of the next year, which Belarus will host, and to raise the prestige of the Belarusian sport internationally.
The first guests of the joint project of Belteleradiocompany and the Fund Directorate of the 2019 Second European Games are the representatives of the Directorate and those who are involved in the preparation of sports facilities in Minsk for the Games.
During the project, a contest of creative photos (selfies) MINSK2019: I Salute the Second European Games! will be held. The international participants of contest need to take photos during sports events, or when they are working out, or with their country's sports facilities in the background and put the hashtag #MINSK2019. Belarusian participants can also show the world Minsk as the capital of sports in 2019. The contest will allow everyone to demonstrate their talents in photography and show sport from an unexpected side.
Thanks to the participation in the contest, the listeners of Radio Belarus have a unique opportunity not only to tell about their country and its sports traditions, but also to come to Minsk to enjoy sports battles if they win.
The photo contest will take place on 1 April - 28 December, 2018 in three stages:
1) entries will be received and the best 50 photos selected on 1 April - 25 October, 2018;
2) voting for photos on the website of Radio Belarus www.radiobelarus.by and selection of 10 finalists who received the biggest number of likes (on 1- 30 November 2018);
3) the jury will select three winners on (1 - 19 December 2018).
To take part in the contest, you need to take a picture while working out or with any sports facility in the background and post it on any social media with the hashtag #MINSK2019 and send your photos to this e-mail: selfie@minsk2019.by, or attach it to the application on the website of Radio Belarus. Each participant can only send one photo.
The best pictires will be posted on the website www.radiobelarus.by in the contest section, and the preliminary results will be presented in the broadcasts "I Salute the Second European Games!" on the air of the international radio channel.
Winners and laureates will be chosen by a professional jury. Contestants who made the best pictures will be awarded diplomas from Belteleradiocompany, as well as sets of invitation tickets for the sports events of the European Games and the uniform of the national team of the Republic of Belarus!
The international radio channel Belarus invites all Belarusians and radio listeners from all over the world to convey their sporting greetings to the Minsk European Games!
