The launch of the project has become possible after the Culture Channel joined the EuroRadio concert exchange program. The range of concerts includes about 2,500 concerts of pop, rock, jazz, folk and classical music genres.
The audience of EuroRadio concerts is 1.7 million people. This is the largest concert hall in the world. The Culture Channel’s pre-recorded concerts of Belarusian performers are also included in the proposition list, i.e. Mozart Concerto performed by the Belarusian Chamber Orchestra could be heard in Sweden, Korea, Rumania, Denmark and other countries.
EuroRadio concerts on the Culture waves will be available in Musical Europe to be broadcast every Monday from 11pm to 12pm (jazz) and Thursday from 9pm to 10pm (classical music). The first concert will be aired on March 30 from the Mozarteum in Salsburg.
The Culture Channel is available: on midwives - 1125 KHz, ultrashort waves - 70,4 MHz, 102,9 MHz in the FM range, and at the website of Belteleradiocompany www.tvr.by.
As a reminder, Belteleradiocompany is the only EBU member in our country.
