“LAD” launches new series of historical programs

Prototype of Pushkin’s “Dubrovsky” Pavel Ostrovsky, “Belarusian Munchausen” Karol Stanislaw Radzivill, legendary Polotsk Vseslav Charodey. One of the programs will be dedicated to muses of Belarusian poet Maksim Bogdanovich.
In accordance to the author of the project Anna Furs every program will differ from the previous. The crew tried to find own style, own image. In order to provide more real atmosphere of the past the host’s sayings will be varied with mini-plays on participation of well-known Belarusian actors.
Actor of Republican Belarusian Drama Theater Igor Sigov will host the program.
This season the “LAD’s” audience will be able to see 4 programs of the series, next season - the complete version. 9 programs of “Reflections” will expand on lives of maecenas Frantisek Sapega, artist Valentiy Vankovich, doctor and explorer S Pilshtanova-Rusetskaya, composer Mikhail Oginski and other historic characters.
