Armenian audience will see the films of TV Infoservice and the best programs from the archives of the First National TV Channel and TV channel "LAD". They include a program about the life and art of Marc Chagall, a concert of Vladimir Mulyavin and International Jazz Festival.
The days of the Belarusian TV in Armenia were organized by the Belarusian Embassy in Armenia, National State TV and Radio Company of Belarus and Armenian Public TV and Radio Company.
Some Belarusian films were already shown in Yerevan and other Armenian towns during the celebrations, timed to 60th anniversary of Belarus' liberation.
The action is aimed at acquainting the Armenians with the culture and traditions of Belarus and fostering warm and friendly relations between the peoples of Belarus and Armenia.
The friendship between the First National TV Channel, TV channel "LAD" and national channels of Armenia will add to all aspects of bilateral co-operation, reveal the potential of both countries in economy, culture, education and other sectors.
Besides, during the visit of the Armenian Prime Minister to Belarus in 2005 an agreement on close co-operation will be signed between the National State TV and Radio Company of Belarus and Armenian Public Television.
