and an understudy. BTRC will sign 3-year contracts with both performing artists.
Interactive voting rules:
Once 15 songs have been played on TV and radio (Radius-FM) in sync, a 30-minute voting will begin. This is exactly the amount of time you have to call the number, the last two figures of which correspond to the running number of an artist during the concert. The phone number for all contestants begins with 8-602-600-6XX. XX indicates the number of a performer (01 indicates 1). All phone calls are toll-free.
Simultaneously, votes will be given via Internet at www.tvr.by. Then all the votes will be tallied.
The selection concert was recorded on January 23 at the Palace of Republic in Minsk in one take and with no re-recordings. All the songs were performed live to satisfy the Eurovision rules.
