The shooting took place in the Museum of National Architecture in Strochitsy and Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve on September 28-29. Now the video is being edited. The video was conceived and directed by Elena Bartlova. Konstantin Kornienko and Pavel Tenin, assisted by Vasily Polkhovsky, did the photography. Dolly operator Leonid Tereshko and crew chief Maksim Ivanov also contributed to the shooting. Their work, though unseen by the audience, is still very important and the viewers will be able to assess its quality soon.
While telling about the shoot executive producer of TV channel LAD Ludmila Borodina said that the video for Egor's merry and optimistic song is a fairy tale story about children's dreams, about what comes to a child in the morning with the first ray of light. "I hope the video is good and convincing, at least it isn't a copy of other videos", says Ludmila Borodina. Borodina announced that in mid October the participating states will start exchanging their promo materials. It means that people of 18 states will see the video for "Sing along me".
According to director Elena Bartlova, the video is based on magic world of childhood with its unlimited fantasy, adventures and reincarnations.
The hero of the story (Egor) is living in a small village amidst interminable forests with his friend, little brownie and beautiful flying fairies, coming to teach him magic. His days are filled with studying the laws of nature and sorceries. After lessons they sing and dance together. Vladislava Suslenko, who wrote the lyrics for "Sing along me" played the part of a fairy. The other fairies were played by students of the Belarusian Choreography College (artistic director - Alexander Kolyadenko, choreographer - Yury Lapsha). Egor' mother Nadezhda NIkolaevna gave him support and encouraging all along his first shoot.
"Optimistic and inartificial atmosphere come through the whole video", says Elena Bartlova. "The hero loves his native land deeply, keeps ancient traditions and safeguards local nature. Fairies are magic ghosts, protecting Belarusian land and preserving its traditions. Brownie is an incarnation of coziness, warmth, Egor's friend and guard.
Best specialists were engaged in video production. Complicated shooting and editing, computer graphics, professional phonograms helped to make a merry, lyrical and beautiful video, aimed at reveling the very essence of the Belarusian character, make the hero attractive for the audience.
Meanwhile Egor is taking singing and acting lessons, spending a lot of time with choreographers and stylists in order to win the hearts of blase European spectators.
