First TV Channel, “LAD” TV Channel, “Belarus-TV”, First National Channel of Belarusian Radio, “Culture” Radio Channel, as well as “Belarus”, “Stolitsa” and “Radius-FM” radio stations provide complete information about events held during the festival.
This year Belteleradiocompany will provide live broadcasts of the opening and closing ceremonies of the festival, concerts of masters of art, international junior song contest, contest of young pop music performers and other events. Programs of First TV Channel “Good Morning, Belarus!” and “Your Lotto” will traditionally be broadcasted from Vitebsk. “Journal of International Art Festival “Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk” will inform about most important events of the festival.
Traditionally Belteleradiocompany will record all main events and night concerts of the festival for further usage by First TV Channel, “LAD” TV Channel, “Belarus-TV” and “NTV-Belarus” as well as for exchange with foreign partners.
This year concerts of the festival will be also demonstrated at the big photodiode screens by the Palace of Sport and at the Oktyabrskaya Square.
Audience that have access to “Belarus-TV” satellite channel will also be able to watch events of the festival.
This year reporters of Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Hungary and Cuba will arrive in Vitebsk for coverage of the festival. 175 workers of Belteleradiocompany supported by modern equipment will be working in Vitebsk for the viewing pleasure of the audience. This year the signal will be broadcasted through fiber-optic lines of communication. Due to digital broadcasting the picture and the sound will be of much higher quality. New long-focus and wide-angle optics was acquired by Belteleradiocompany for broadcasting of such large-scale events.
Two mobile TV stations (MTVS “Sony” and MTVS-04) as well as two TV cranes and four clipping stations will used for broadcasting. 10 cameras will be working during the performances. Under agreement with Russian shooting crew POLYCAM cameras, able to shoot non-standard picture, will be used.
