The second semi-final will take place on May 22, 2008. It will feature Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Georgia, Denmark, Iceland, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Portugal, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland and Sweden.
The countries of the "Big 4" that finance the Eurovision and the organizer of the current contest Serbia automatically get into the final. Germany and Spain will be broadcasting the first semi-final and hence will be able to vote for its participants. The UK and Spain will organize the broadcast of the second semi-final and will be able to vote for the performers they like. Serbia will be broadcasting both semi-finals, but is allowed to vote only in the second.
The number of semi-final participants will be selected at the meeting of delegations of the Member-States in Belgrade.
The final of "Euroision-2008" will take place in Belgrade on May 24, 2008. Our country will be represented by Ruslan Alekhno.
