Belarus outruns all CIS countries in Human Development Index.
The United Nations have presented its annual report. Belarus is 65th among states with high level of wellbeing.
By Maxim Metto: Belarus is on the 65th line in the annual report of the United Nations among countries with high level of wellbeing. The parameters which experts paid attention to, drawing the report, are gender inequality, ecological stability, levels of freedoms and poverty index.

Russia is on the 66th position, Ukraine is 76th. Belarus strongly holds its positions, for example, in level and quality of education, employment rate, gross national product per capita and other parameters, too.

Belarus plans to get into the first 50 positions of the ranking in the short term.
