President makes new staff appointments

By Ilona Krasutskaya: Alexander Lukashenko has made new staff appointments to the Minsk Mayor's office and the administration of Minsk’s Moskovsky district. The three new Deputy Chairmen of the Minsk City Executive Committee are Fyodor Rimashevsky (previously headed the Committee on Construction and Investments and Minskstroy, will be responsible for the urban planning complex, the housing and utility services sphere and transport), Alexander Krepak (previously headed the administrations of Minsk’s Partizansky and Moscovsky districts and the Minsk City Executive Committee’s Economy Committee) and Igor Yurkevich (previously headed the Health Committee, will now be responsible for the social sphere and ideological work). Andrei Zhailovich will head Minsk’s Moskovsky district.

The new leaders have been tasked with raising the average salary level, resolving employment and pricing issues and taking a new look at the housing and utility services sphere.
