President Alexander Lukashenko has held a meeting with Presidential Administration managers, announcing a number of large-scale events to take place in the near future. In particular, the record will be set straight in perfecting the housing and utilities system. Education and school textbooks will be considered in the autumn and a conversation on the situation in agriculture is planned for the autumn.

The President suggested holding large-scale meetings with power vertical representatives once in three months to discuss current problems. The format of such meetings is yet to be worked out. At the same time, the President urged to raise issues that really require solution at the highest level. Another important aspect is improving work with citizens — responses should be provided by officials immediately. In addition, innovations should be introduced in the managerial staff training system. The main institution in the sphere is the Academy of Public Administration under the President, which should provide education to the most promising managers.
