Agreement on visa-free regime between Belarus and Israel can enter into force in September

It was planned earlier that the document will be operational in the summer, but as explained by the Israeli ambassador to Belarus Yosef Shagal, the abolition of visas between the two countries was delayed because of early elections in Israel. The previous Cabinet of Ministers did not have the time to ratify the agreement, and the new government has not yet been formed.

Inter-governmental agreement with Israel on the abolition of visas was signed in Minsk in September. It will allow Belarusians to stay in the territory of Israel without a visa up to 90 days within 6 months from the date of the first arrival.
