Belarus and the UAE will cooperate in forensic expertise – a memorandum has been signed by experts of two countries in Minsk. Today, a delegation from Abu Dhabi visited the State Committee of Forensic Expertise. It is planned that soon forensic professionals will be able to share their experience via exchange programmes. Policemen from Abu Dhabi were especially interested in the training for specialists in firefighting and explosive-technical research, as well as drugs and human DNA testing. It is planned that the training will be both theoretical and practical.

Andrei Shved, the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus:

"Today, we have demonstrated that the State Forensic Examination Committee has the necessary base and all the necessary conditions for the qualitative training of foreign professionals. Recently, more than 120 judicial experts from other countries have been trained."

During the visit, experts from Abu Dhabi got acquainted with the latest equipment and laboratory of the State Committee. For Arab law enforcement officers it is their second official visit to Belarus.
