By Elena Bormotova: Prior to the anniversary of the outbreak of World War II an exhibition of graphic works by Hungarian artist Istvan Zador has opened at the Belarusian National History Museum. This is the first joint project of the Museum and its Hungarian colleagues. The Janos Damjanich Museum is home to more than 3,000 drawings and prints by Zador. Some of about fifty works that have been brought to Minsk depict Belarusian cities, the demolished Brest-Litovsk and churches.

The exhibition is complemented with original First World War artifacts from medical devices to military equipment from the collections of Belarus’ National History Museum.
