Belarusian cuisine presented at French gastronomy festival

Belarusian cuisine has for the first time been presented at a French gastronomy festival. Held in Mougins, the event featured about 100 chefs from different countries. Belarusian cookery experts prepared the traditional draniki and kholodnik, as well as dishes cooked according to old recipes with unusual sauces made from oak bark and linden flowers. As a result, the Belarusians have been invited to several upcoming gastronomy festivals in France.
