Agreements reached in St. Petersburg on oil and gas fully implemented

The oil and gas agreements reached at the meeting of the Presidents of Belarus and Russia in St. Petersburg are being fully implemented. This was announced today in Moscow by Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus. Vladimir Semashko reminded that the heads of the state gave the governments of the two countries a hard 10-day deadline for full settlement of the situation in the oil and gas sector. On April 13, the parties signed all the necessary documents.

By the end of May, conditions must be worked out for the formation of a single gas market. The document will be submitted for consideration to the colleagues of the EEA, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
