The 7th international contest Junior Eurovision 2009 ended in Kiev on November 21
 The contest was attended by representatives of 13 states. The winner is a 14-year-olf performer from the Netherlands Ralph Mackenbach. His song "Click Clack" received 121 points. The 2nd and the 3rd positions are shared by Ekaterina Ryabova, Russia ("Little Prince") and Luara Airapetyan, Armenia ("Barcelona"), who received 116 points.
The representative of Belarus Yuri Demidovich, 13, got the 9th position. Next year, Junior Eurovision will take place in Minsk.
