Celebrations timed to Day of Belarusian Written Language going on in Smorgon.

Traditionally, people of literature, culture, science and art are taking part in the celebratory events. The holiday has become the symbol of honoring spiritual values. The main events are scheduled for tomorrow, but even today the city has become the Belarusian capital of literature. The "round table" with participation of foreign writers was held in the morning. Now the conference "Smorgon Readings" is continuing. The concert program of the band "Classic-avant-garde", Belarusian State Philharmonics, will take place in the evening.
